Customer: The individual or entity placing the lab order (“you,” “student”)
- Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or reserving access to a UCPros CCIE Collaboration lab session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not
agree, do not complete your purchase.
- Lab Access
2.1 Lab access is provided on a per-session basis for the duration and configuration specified at the time of order.
2.2 Access is granted to the individual student only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
2.3 We reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without refund if lab resources are misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms.
2.4 Lab sessions are provided for educational and exam preparation purposes only.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations made 2 hours or more before the scheduled lab start time are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. 3.2 Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled lab start time are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus a $5.00 administrative fee.
3.3 No-shows — failure to access the lab without prior cancellation — are not eligible for a refund.
3.4 Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3.5 To cancel, you must notify us before the applicable deadline by submitting a cancellation request through the booking portal or by emailing support at
the address provided in your order confirmation.
- Rescheduling
4.1 You may reschedule a lab session at no charge if the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
4.2 Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time will be treated as a cancellation under Section 3.2.
- Service Availability
5.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure lab availability at the scheduled time. In the event of a service outage or technical failure on our end that prevents lab access, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
5.2 We are not responsible for connectivity issues, hardware failures, or other circumstances outside our control that occur on your end.
- Acceptable Use
6.1 You agree not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with lab infrastructure or any shared systems.
6.2 You agree not to attempt to access any system, device, or account beyond what is explicitly provided for your session. 6.3 Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate session termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Intellectual Property
7.1 All lab content, configurations, workbooks, and materials remain the exclusive property of UCPros.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any lab materials without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1 Our total liability to you in connection with any lab session shall not exceed the amount paid for that session.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the lab.
- Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about
your session.
9.2 We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your payment or comply with applicable law.
- Modifications
10.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UCPros operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
