SIP Troubleshooting for Cisco Collaboration

The only course that will teach you how to easily
troubleshoot SIP on Cisco Collaboration platform

Become SIP Subject Matter Expert and
double your market value & demand

I understand,
this is not easy.
I struggled with the same issues.

Being assigned to a fault,
not knowing where to begin,
which device to check,
what commands to use,
What does the log and debug output mean?

Hours on hours of spent time on guesswork,
upset customers and disappointed bosses.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Because these are the exact reasons I created this course.

Imagine stop stressing out over a ringing phone from a customer,
approaching a fault with confidence, being able to find and fix it quickly.
Being one of the few who can find root cause analysis and spot architectural flaws.

How valuable would you think this will make you to your company? The customer? The market..?

Here is what you will learn:

SIP Troubleshooting for Cisco Collaboration is for:

This course is not for:

This is how you can be better than a CCIE.

Would you agree that Unified Communications is evolving,
and SIP is by far the most used protocol in Cisco UC Architecture?

CUCM, CUBE, IP Phones, Gateways, CMS, WebEx, IM&P.
ALL USE SIP

None the less, for some reason, the majority of us UC engineers never caught up and still treat it like a distant relative.

Even CCIEs.
Who??
You heard me. The untouchable CCIEs.
Have doubts? Just visit a CCIE study group and see for yourself.

You want to dominate SIPStand out from the crowd? Become a Pro?

This course is for you.

Want to repeat my mistakes? Here is how.

I’m no different than you,
my beginning was rough.
My UC skills were non-existent and I had to pave my way through the birth of my UC career brick by brick.

My mother always jokes (at least I hope she does) about me being a mule.
She might be right though,  I wasn’t lazy and my main skills were hard work and a lot of brute force.
Sounds pretty much like a mule to me..

And not a very smart mule either.
When troubleshooting faults I would try to read the logs, decipher it, look for logic and familiar words that would provide some clues and get me out of the mud.

Let me tell you, those bricks were heavy, especially when the faults were critical and the phone just wouldn’t stop ringing.

My progress was slow and I had to learn the hard way to use the smart way.

Once I started to take the time and effort, invested in my career and actually studied the technology instead of trying to reverse engineer it, my progress graph went off the charts. Fast.

I finished projects with ease and there was no troubleshooting scenario I found frightening.
I gained the respect of my colleagues, my customers and my managers who were more then eager to keep me happy.
I was paid for my CCIE, got two salary raises in one year and today I have the privilege enjoy my work as an Independent Consultant and master my time, income and life.
Mastering SIP was clearly one of the quantum leaps of my career.

Don’t be mistaken though, it’s not going to be easy.

If you want to achieve mastery, you will have to work hard,
go through the course with focus and diligence and often repeat lessons in order to fully grasp
the concepts and reap the benefits.

"The course wasn't easy but Pasha's explanations were very good. I went over it twice and still go back to it from time to time as a reference.
Got pretty good at it now, became the go-to-guy for everything that involves SIP.
I guess I'm a senior now.
Feels great."
Tony Chung
"This is mandatory stuff for collaboration engineers. It's eye-opening to look under the hood and understand SIP communication end to end. The course goes into the fine details and explains both SIP theory and troubleshooting concepts clearly.
Highly recommended."
Nate Pollard
"I Made such huge progress with this course.
Starting from design to configuration and troubleshooting. The course actually helped me find a design issue we were dealing with for a month with multiple SIP Trunks deployment."

Got questions? I have answers.

The course goes through SIP theory and troubleshooting process. While going though these subjects, we are talking about SIP related media issues which are crucial for proper design. We also go over the different entities that SIP architecture is constructed of, which can be of great value. But we do not strictly consider how to design these. So this is pretty individual, and while a lot of the content might be too much of a deep dive, if you are writing HLDs, you can definitely benefit from this course. If you are on the fence, shoot me an email, let’s talk.

The main portion of the course consists of ~6 hours of in depth, recorded video lessons.
It also includes the required documents such as a lab guide, flow charts, etc. which you will be able to download.

The course consists of ~6 hours of video lessons which are self-paced.
You get lifetime access to the materials and can watch them anytime, anywhere.
I also recommend going over module 1 (SIP Theory) again after completing module 3.
This is the moment everything clicks and your brain rewires

The second part is the lab challenge, which can take several days to accomplish. You’re gonna love it.

If you have ever configured a SIP Trunk on CUCM and know how to navigate Cisco IOS you are good to go 🙂
